Greetings!
Trickle We are completing the Social Movements from last week on Monday. If that leads to Monday's notes moving into Tuesdays, our goal will be to be caught up with those items by Weds. Weds. we will be starting our second and final Case Method for this semester. We will be looking at Gerrymandering in N.C. the case is based on 1993. It ties in with current events because we have had a similar occassion here in the last few years. We will look at the newly approved maps and discuss the components for the 90s and then present.
Resistance and Resilience Thursday of last week, Monday, and Tuesday are all coordinated in regards to social movements, resistance, and resilience are all coordinated together. These items are newer to our standards, but help set up better for American History in that regard. We will look at how resistance and resilience tie in with our legal structure and their impacts on society. You'll notice recurring topics between last week and this week.
