Less Time with Study Guide The Study Guide for Unit 9 will not launch until Monday morning on November 28th. So you will have three days prior to the test with the study guide. This is so you aren't working on it during Thanksgiving Break.
Court Cases Project We have a work day on Tuesday for the Court Cases. This will be a time for each side's attorneys to work with individual witnesses and make sure that they are on the same page when it comes to Questions and Answers. Attorney's will be receiving copies of witnesses affidavits on Monday during class so that they can start to prepare for what questioning they'd like to do. Witnesses are supposed to be memorizing their answers so they are ready to go for the case next week. If there's an issue with an affidavit we will address those on Tuesday.
Proceedings Monday we will do a Google Draw that involves the order of a criminal case as well as the individual components for each portion of it. This will sync the notes from last week for Civil v. Criminal and the Proceedings and Juveniles together. If you are not looking at both note sheets when completing the assignment then you are going to be confused. Please make sure you have your binder with you so you have both things of notes.
