Greetings!
Judicial Inquiry We are completing our final inquiry for the semester!!! We will be exploring further components of our judicial system as it applies to criminal versus civil cases. We will be looking at the famous McDonald's Coffee Case as part of this, there are graphic photos of the burns pertaining to the case.
Court Cases Project Thursday we will start class with story time. Three stories will be shared prior to you knowing which one applies. After each story we will discuss as a class what the charges should be in each case to set the precedents of what should be persued. We will do this prior to you knowing your assigned role to ensure we are meeting the terms and conditions that each case deserves. Remember that if you are a character witness you are just as important, if not more so, than the attorneys. Attorneys we will also be discussing the types of questions of one's own witnesses versus a cross examination.
