Greetings!

Court Cases Project Monday we will be running our Civil and first Criminal Case, which we may finish on Tuesday if necessary. Remember you should be considering what your character should wear to court (business casual). MOST IMPORTANTLY, remember it is not about whether or not you/your side wins the case, but in how you contributed and represented your role in the case. Do you know your character/questions for witnesses? Do you know the order the case should be going? etc? When you are not in the case running you will be serving as jury OR as a peer reviewer for the case going on. There is a chart on the board so we know which case does which thing at which time.

Unit Nine Assessments Our Final Unit Assessment will be Thursday of this week. This means that Monday of next week will be our Binder Assessment. If you are missing pages or things aren't in order, then now is the time to fix that, otherwise your brain will be the only tool at your disposal. Remember that looking at someone else's binder, having a photo copy of someone else's notes, or talking to someone during the binder assessment will result in both parties receiving a zero. This is the largest quiz of the semester, let's not have a zero on that grade.
