Welcome!
Court Cases Project Remember the Court Cases Project is about the procedures of the various cases and the effort put into the case and not whether you win or lose. Day One Findings will be posted as soon as those that were absent have turned in their own findings. You will assign characters to witnesses and start the individual components on Wednesday of this week (if we have time on Tuesday, we may start then, but typically the case needs both days)
Gerrymandering Gerrymandering was first established as a phrase in 1848, but is still a very real topic to this day. We will look at a court case from North Carolina pertaining to the topic in 1996. We are still in the midst of a new gerrymandering case today. This is not just a topic for North Carolina, but one that occurs in every state.
